Rules and Regulations

1. Once a student is enrolled with Kavi Samrat Shri Hariaudh School/College he/she will be bounded by the rules and regulations of the school/college.
2. Parents /guardians are requested to send their books, stationery, bag and proper school uniform etc.
3. Students without proper uniform will not be permitted to attend the class.
4. No student will be allowed to leave the school/college without a leave application.
5. Students must submit leave application for his/her absence duly signed by their parents/authorized guardians only.
6. In case of long leave a student must come along with his/her guardian and report to the principal.
7. No student will be allowed to leave the school except in an emergency after getting prior permission from the principal.
8. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school/college.
9. Principal of the school/college shall have the power to take disciplinary action against any student if his/her conduct is unsatisfactory.
10. Every student must be present on Independence Day ( 15 August ), Republic Day ( 26 January ), Gandhi Jayanti ( 2 October ), Last and Re-opening days after the summer and winter vacations and long holidays.

Attendance

1. All the students are required to maintain 75% of attendance in order to appear in the examination.
2. Every student is required to put in 75% attendance in theory & practical classes separately.

Promotion Rules

1. Promotion at the end of each academic year will be depend on daily assessment. It will include both written and as well as oral work.
2. Students must appear in all internal evaluations and examinations.
3. Students who remains absent in any of the examination due to medical reasons then he/she will have to submit medical certificate at the earliest during the examination period.

Examination

1. The evaluation will be continuous and comprehensive. Tests & Examinations will be held as per schedule.
2. Following tests and exam will be held during one academic session-
   1. Monthly Tests, Half Yearly Examination.
   2. Monthly Test, Annual Examination.
3. Half yearly examination will be held in the month October and Annual examination in the month of March.
4. Board Exam. Of 10th and 12th classes will be held according to the schedule.

Identity Card

Every student will be provided with an identity card and having his/her photograph affixed in it duly signed by the principal. Students are expected to prossess valid identity card with them whenever they are in the school/college and bound to show it whenever demanded by the principal or any other teacher.

Co-Curricular Activities

1. Every year the school organizes annual function.
2. National festivals & other co-curricular activities are also organized in the school.

Award Ceremony

Award ceremony is organized to boost the moral of the students by facilitating them awards for-

100% Attendance.

Rank holding in the class.

Best performance in all co-curricular activities.

School Session & School Timing

1. The academic Session of the school is from April to March.
2. School Timing during summer- 7 : 30 am to 12 : 30 pm
3. School Timing during Winter- 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm
4. Principal Visiting hours- 9 : 00 am to 11 :00 am & 1 :00 pm to 3 : 00 pm ( After getting prior appointment )

Note

1. School timing are subject to change according to the circumstances.
2. P. T. M. will be held in every month.
